For FAMI Portal Registration and/or Forgot Password requests, kindly choose to receive your One-Time Password (OTP) via Mobile/SMS. We are currently unable to send the system-generated OTPs via email.
If your current Mobile Number/SMS is different from the one you used during Account Opening, kindly update your mobile number. Please accomplish the Investor Update Form and submit the form via email to operations@fami.com.ph together with a copy of your valid government ID.
