For FAMI Portal Registration and/or Forgot Password requests, kindly choose to receive your One-Time Password (OTP) via Mobile/SMS. We are currently unable to send the system-generated OTPs via email.


If your current Mobile Number/SMS is different from the one you used during Account Opening, kindly update your mobile number. Please accomplish the Investor Update Form and submit the form via email to together with a copy of your valid government ID.
