NOTICE TO FAMI MIP-ENROLLED CLIENTS: (Monthly Investment Program)

We are pleased to inform you that you may now view your Statement of Account (SOA) online. To have access to this feature:

• Accomplish the Account Opening Form and submit together with a scanned copy of your one (1) valid ID to your relationship manager or email to inquiry@fami.com.ph

Note:  use ENROLL_(your last name) as your email subject The following must be considered if you fill out the Account Opening Form on your browser: INTERNET EXPLORER/MICROSOFT EDGE/MOZILLA FIREFOX – after filling out the form, click on either SAVE/DOWNLOAD or PRINT button. GOOGLE CHROME – after filling out the form, click on PRINT button, then SAVE AS PDF.   Once your data is processed, you will then be sent a confirmation via SMS containing your Customer ID and temporary password.  Use this customer ID and temporary password to register onto the FAMI portal (fami.com.ph) and access your monthly SOA. For your protection, be sure to change the password. View your monthly investments securely and conveniently using your laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
