The 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting of First Metro Asset Management, Inc.- Mutual Funds  will be conducted virtually to discuss business matters on the following dates via ZOOM.

June 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m for SALMMF, FMCF, and SALEF

July 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m for SALBF, SALDBF, SALFIF, SALPHIN

Record Date.  Only shareholders of record at the close of business on May 8, 2025 are entitled to notice and to vote at the said meeting.  

Pre-Registration: Individual shareholders intending to participate by remote communication should register online through ZOOM.

June 10, 2025 for SALMMF, FMCF, and SALEF - ZOOM link: https://bit.ly/FAMI_ASM_AllFunds2025  and email a valid government ID to asm@fami.com.ph on or before May 26, 2025 at 5 PM. 

July 22, 2025 for SALBF, SALDBF, SALFIF and SALPHIN - ZOOM link: https://bit.ly/FAMIFunds_ASM_July2025 email a valid government ID to asm@fami.com.ph on or before July 8, 2025 at  5 PM. 

Proxy. We are not soliciting your proxy. However, if you are unable to attend the virtual meeting but would like to be represented thereat, you may download and accomplish the Proxy Form/s and send a scanned copy to asm@fami.com.ph on or before May 26, 2025 for SALMMF, FMCF, and SALEF, and on or before July 8, 2025 for SALBF, SALDBF, SALFIF and SALPHIN.
