SAVE & LEARN BALANCED FUND (SALBF) – A mutual fund invested in a mix of fixed-income securities and stocks. Its goal is to provide total return consisting of as high a level of current income as is consistent with preservation of capital, liquidity and long-term capital appreciation. ONE WEALTHY NATION FUND, INC (OWN) –The proceeds from the offering will be invested in listed equities, government securities, SEC-registered commercial papers, and other debt instruments. All of these are valued on a marked-to-market valuation basis. The investment objective of the Fund is classified as moderate risk. (SALDBF) – A dollar-denominated mutual fund invested primarily in foreign-currency denominated investment securities which can provide the Fund with a steady stream of fixed income. The Fund is a conservative type of fund that aims to generate a steady stream of income by investing in a diversified portfolio of fixed income instruments issued by foreign and local entities. FIRST METRO PHILIPPINE EQUITY EXCHANGE TRADED FUND (FMETF) – The Fund aims to provide returns which would reflect the performance of the Philippine equities market by investing in a basket of securities which are included in the Philippine Stock Exchange Index. The portfolio of the Fund is to be rebalanced and reconstituted every six (6) months in order to adjust to the current composition of the PSEi.
