ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING

  1.   Go to FAMI website and click “Open an Account”, or go directly to Online Account Opening.
  2.   You will be directed to a page that contains six-step process.
    1.   Applicant Data Sheet
      •   Upload scanned copy of your valid ID
        •   must be photo-bearing with signature
        •   must not be expired
        •   must be in .pdf, .png, .jpg or .gif format
      •   Upload scanned of your signature. It must contain two (2) specimen.

    2.   Suitability Assessment
    3.   Bank Settlement Account
    4.   Interview Schedule
    5.   Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
    6.   Confirmation screen
      •   Add additional applicant ( for JOINT account )
      •   Create new account application

     
    Important:

    • Fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory. Application will not proceed, unless all mandatory fields are properly accomplished and completed. Indicate “Not Applicable” or “N/A” if information is not available, except for Bank Settlement Accounts.
    • If you decides to cancel your application, either via email (add_admin@fami.com.ph) or call to FAMI at (632) 8912860 to 65.
