Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet their individual prospecting, presentation and subscription annual targets set by Management

  • Present FAMI Mutual Funds to prospect investors, assist in accomplishing account opening forms, see through the creation of their account number and solicitation of initial investments.

  • Answer inquiries from potential and existing investors, attend to concerns of their clients as well aas other company-generated accounts as may be assigned by management.

  • Attends regular channel meetings for performance review and planning, to give updates on new product promotions, schedule trainings or seminars, and answer queries for channel referrers

  • Conduct Investment Literacy Programs as requested by clients, prospects as well as MBTC subsidiaries.

  • Regularly visit high net-worth clients/institutions to provide investment performance review and outlook

  • Updates the distribution database on a regular basis

  • Prepares sales reports on a weekly basis

  • Provide necessary support to the assigned distribution channels to increase market coverage and sales output

  • Performs other sales related duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

 

Qualifications:

  • College graduate from a premiere university, any degree, preferably business related, mathematics-intensive and/or communications-heavy.

  • Sales-related field work (preferably in financial services but not required)

  • Agreeable social skills, proficient in oral and written English communications, above average mathematics skills, influential presentation and negotiation skills

  • Basic knowledge in Investments, Equities and Fixed Income, Above average in Mathematics, MS Office Literacy (Excel and PowerPoint are musts)

  • Confident, Out-spoken, Out-going, Self-Driven, Disciplined, with Integrity

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Office administration, clerical knowledge

  • Hardworking, dedicated and can get along with people very well
