Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Orientation for New Certified Investment Solicitors (CIS)

  • Handling submitted Account Opening Forms (AOF) of CIS

  • Checks CIS’ clients against AMLA Watch list

  • Facilitates the payments or transactions of clients of CIS

  • Prepares Agency Production and Database Reports

  • Sends updates of training schedules, meetings and data to CIS

  • Handling schedules of Training Room

  • Monitoring office supplies and Forms for Investors Center

  • Prepares CIS clients’ Statement of Accounts (SOAs)

  • Prepares communication/marketing materials related to the agency

  • Coordinates with other concerned department for Business As Usual (BAU) matters and ad hoc projects

  • Set appointments or meetings for prospective CIS

  • Preparation of all requirements for expense reimbursements, check preparations and cash advance liquidation related to agency

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course

  • At least six months working experience doing administrative function

  • Proficient in MS Office particularly in MS Excel, Word and Power Point

  • Good oral and written Communication skills

  • Hard working, dedicated and can get along with people well
