FAMI will never ask you to log-in through embedded links in emails and text messages. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON SUCH LINKS OR PROVIDE INFORMATION.
If you change a current address notify us immediately so we can update our records.
If you received a suspicious email, SMS or call, notify us immediately
If you suspect your FAMI account has been compromised call us immediately.
Please send a copy of the email and the SMS to fami@firstmetro.com.ph or call our hotline at (02) 8891-2860 to 65 to inform us of any suspicious activity.
