Due to the office renovation, all FAMI personnel will still be working from home until further notice.   We encourage clients to use other means available to communicate and send information at this time.  If you need assistance, our relationship managers are available via email, mobile, or online to continue to serve you.  We highly encourage you to use our client-friendly FAMI portal for your statement of account.   You may email us at fami@firstmetro.com.ph for inquiries, or operations@fami.com.ph for your transactional requests (subscription and redemption-related).  We will communicate any changes that are announced regarding notice.  Thank you for your understanding.
