PROMO MECHANICS 

1. During your entire birthday month, there will be NO SALES LOAD charges on additional investments to your existing FAMI Save and Learn mutual fund(s). Additional investment should be at least P 1,000.00.
   • This is also open to joint and ITF/FAO account holders (for as long the additional investment falls on any one of the account holders’ birthday month.
2. Every time you make an investment during your birthday month, make sure to immediately e-mail to birthdaypromo@fami.com.ph
   • Copy of proof of payment (i.e., Metrobank Payment Slip, Metrobank Direct transaction screenshot)
   • One (1) valid government-issued pictured ID with birthdate indicated. In the event your government ID does not indicate your birthdate, send also a copy of your birth certificate.
3. Deadline for e-mail submission are as follows:
   • If your investment is made before 12:00 Noon, e-mail should be sent no later than 1:30PM of the same day.
   • If your investment is made after 12:00 Noon, e-mail should be sent no later than 1:30PM of the following day.
   • Failure to do so will disqualify the transaction from the zero sales load promo.
4. This promo runs from May 1, 2017 – April 30, 2018.
