The 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting of First Metro Asset Management, Inc., the mutual fund management company of the Metrobank Group, will be conducted virtually on June 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. via zoom to discuss business matters.    

Record Date.  Only shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2023 are entitled to notice and to vote at the said meeting.  

Pre-Registration: Individual shareholders intending to participate by remote communication should register by downloading the registration form and emailing it to asm@fami.com.ph along with a valid government ID. The form can be downloaded through this link: https://bit.ly/3C1Diji
