2022 First Metro ETF Annual Stockholders Meeting

The 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting of First Metro Exchange-Traded Fund Inc., the first exchange-traded fund in the country, gathers its investors to discuss business matters.

2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting of First Metro Exchange-Traded Fund Inc. will be conducted virtually on June 30, 2022 at 2:00p.m. via Zoom.

Record Date. Only shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2022 are entitled to notice and to vote at the said meeting.

Pre-Registration. Individual shareholders intending to participate by remote communication should pre-register via this link - Pre-registration Link

The Pre-Registration Link will only be available until June 28, 2022 12noon.

Successful registrants will receive an electronic invitation via email with a complete guide on how to join the Meeting.

Proxy. We are not soliciting your proxy. However, if you are unable to attend the virtual meeting, but would like to be represented thereat, you may download and accomplish the Proxy Form/s and send a scanned copy to asm@fami.com.ph on or before June 20, 2022.
