2020 First Metro ETF Annual Stockholders Meeting

2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting of First Metro Exchange-Traded Fund Inc. will be conducted virtually on September 17, 2020 at 2:00p.m. via Zoom.

Record Date. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2020 are entitled to notice and to vote at the said meeting.

The Pre-Registration Link will only be available until September 15, 2020 12PM.

Successful registrants will receive an electronic invitation via email with a complete guide on how to join the Meeting and how to cast votes.
